Cela inclut la d\u00e9finition de strat\u00e9gies op\u00e9rationnelles, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des processus et le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019outils tels que Mecaplanning. Les interventions sur diff\u00e9rents sites, parfois \u00e0 l\u2019international, me permettent de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles pratiques et d&rsquo;\u00e9largir constamment mon expertise.
